Learn how techniques and ingredients normally found in the kitchen can apply to mixology. Jeremy will be talking about his philosophy on this topic as well as how to apply it to venues looking to bring the best cocktails to their menu with style and great service.  Jeremy will create 5 terrific cocktails each employing the hottest techniques from both the bar and the kitchen while also talking about amazing new ingredients. Not only will he be talking about some of his most successful cocktails that he has created for the hottest venues in Canada, but he will also be talking about how to make sure that these recipes don’t take an hour to make; rather showing employees the techniques on how to make these recipes without putting yourself in the weeds when things get busy.
