Jason is the Director of Consulting Services for RMD Group, a San Diego based nightlife and restaurant management and consulting company. RMD Group has opened and operated nationally recognized and awarded venues like FLUXX Nightclub, their newest flagship venue, Rustic Root, and continues to operate several venues including Side Bar, F6ix, and Knotty Barrel. Born and raised outside Boston, MA, as a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA, Jason has worked in a sales and marketing capacity for companies including Deloitte., iMakeNews, and Anderson Audio Visual. Jason specializes in the development of winning sales and marketing strategies that maximize revenue and build customer loyalty. He also travels nationally as a Sales Trainer and Brand Ambassador for events including the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT.
