Bob Brown is a top-rated keynote speaker, author and industry expert in the field of hotels, restaurants and casinos worldwide.  

He was born in the US in Washington DC and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.  

Bob’s first career as singer/songwriter who recorded five albums produced by Richie Havens of Woodstock fame and Stueart Smith of the Eagles. He was the opening act for James Taylor and Neil Young.    

Bob gained valuable insight while waiting tables in Key West, FL, Charleston, SC and Washington, DC.

As a waiter he made $150,000 in tips in a single year.  

Bob has worked extensively with Marriott and pioneered its Service Excellence program used worldwide.  

Bob worked with all Disney’s full service restaurants, training over 4,000 cast members and managers—the result was a dramatic sales increase of 66 million dollars!

Today Bob works with such prestigious clients as Nordstrom, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, and Waldorf Astoria, Morton’s of Chicago, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Camp David and Airforce I. He’s worked extensively with famed 7-Star Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai.

He is a regular columnist in The Hotel F&B Magazine.    

And, he’s has appeared on the Food Network, and is frequently quoted in the NY Times, The Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
