Cleo Clarke has been an human resources executive within the hotel and food service industry for many years. He has worked for internationally known companies such as Sodexho Contract Food Services, Hilton Hotels, Jean Georges Restaurant Management, Destination Hotels, Highgate Hotels, Compass Group, InterContinental Hotels and Maison Kayser Restaurant Group.

 

He is presently The Vice President of Human Resources for EATALY North America where he is responsible for growing the organization in a fast paced environment.  Prior to his last assignment,  Cleo was a senior executive with Compass Group North America in New York City as The Regional Director of Human Resources for the Northeast where he was responsible for Human Resources functions for over 10,000 associates for three separate companies under the Compass Group umbrella; Restaurant Associates, Lackmann Culinary Service and Wolfgang Puck Catering.  

 

Cleo is a native New Yorker and has earned a M.S. in Human Resources and Labor Relations Management from Baruch College in New York City and an Associates & Bachelor's degree from J&W (Johnson & Wales University) in Hospitality Management.
