Dan is a co-owner of Venture Hospitality and Real Estate in Portland Oregon.   He has almost 30 years of experience in owning and operating multiple businesses related to the food, beverage, hospitality and entertainment industry.  From concept creation to implementation and training his hands on skill sets have helped set a high level of performance expectation in all the venues he has been involved in.  He first entered the industry when he owned and operated a DJ business starting at age 17. His passion in AVL still shows today.  Continuing education and practical implementation have brought a thorough relevant level of experience while opening restaurants, bars and nightclubs in four Western states.  A founder of the Old Town Hospitality Group in Portland Oregon he is deeply involved in developing and operating a successful hospitality zone.  A licensed contractor he has developed an extensive experience in property development, ownership, and maintenance.  He has a respected working relationship with authorities and agencies in each municipality he works in.
