Katie has worked in some of the world’s greatest cocktail bars and has had the pleasure of working alongside some of the industry’s leading palates, professors & personalities. Her experience has allowed her to pursue a consulting career where she can focus on education, recipe & brand development, managing beverage programs while still getting behind the stick and keeping her drink slinging skills finely tuned.
