Chef Keith Wittrock is a veteran chef with over two decades of restaurant experience in multiple luxury restaurants throughout the Midwest. He holds a degree from le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Minneapolis – St. Paul, and has served as a cook, kitchen supervisor, sous chef, general manager and executive chef throughout his career. Throughout the past 20 years, Wittrock has demonstrated his culinary talents working at multiple award-winning restaurants, including Eldon’s Restaurant in Sioux City, Iowa, Blue Mountain Culinary Emporium in Orange City, Iowa and McMahon’s Irish pub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Chef Keith truly understands what it takes to ensure a positive and unforgettable experience for all guests. In his 2 years with Hard Rock, Chef Wittrock has developed an identity for Sioux City’s #1 Ranked Restaurant (TripAdvisor.com), Main + Abbey, and been promoted to Executive Chef for the Hard Rock property, overseeing all three restaurants on property.
