Manny Marquez is a hospitality professional and expert who has ran and operated some of San Diego’s most recognizable venues over the last 16 years - including La Puerta, Typhoon Saloon, and the Gaslamp Quarter’s iconic Henry’s Pub. Currently, Manny is the Vice President of Nightclub Security Consultants (NSC), partnering and with his long time colleague, friend, and founder of NSC, Robert C. Smith.

Manny has helped elevate NSC into the nation’s leading authority on nightlife security training and liability consulting company. Manny possesses the unique mix of expertise - including brand building, business development, hospitality management, entertainment security, mitigating liability, and creating the guest experience.
