Russ Cipolla has over 35 years experience in the foodservice industry.  Russ grew up in the family restaurant business and continued on with a 20+ year career in Senior Executive positions in foodservice distribution with the largest companies in the industry.  Russ is one of the founders and a Managing Partner of Team Four Foodservice, a national foodservice purchasing company, that assists regional multi-unit and national foodservice operators in negotiating their foodservice purchasing and distribution needs.  Russ continues to consult with foodservice operators, distributors and manufacturers through his consulting company, RJC Services, Inc.
