Terry Williams is the General Manager of Anvil Bar and Refuge in Houston, Texas, where he has worked for more than three years. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Terry coordinates training of the Anvil staff, which is one of the most rigorous and structured programs in the country. He received culinary and hospitality training at the Art Institute of Houston and University of Houston and has spent the past 11 years on the line or behind the bar in restaurants and bars throughout Houston.
